Disclosure Agreement
Unless specifically agreed in writing from Tecna Display Ltd and T3 Systems (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ or ‘the Company’) to any customer on a design-by-design basis, any and all design work, renders or otherwise, that we supply remains the copyright of the company. We reserve the right to use any or all of our designs and renders in any way, in any or all of our marketing or any other collateral. Unless specifically agreed in writing from us to a 3rd party(ies), we do not give permission for the use of such designs or renders in any way whatsoever by such 3rd party(ies).
Patents, Design Registrations and Trademarks
All contents on our website(s) are protected by copyright. Our products and hardware are protected worldwide by granted and applied for design registrations, Patents and Trade Marks. The company will vigorously protect this Intellectual Property by all legal means available. Please contact us for any questions regarding the scope and area of protection.

Trademarks: Europe and USA
All products and services supplied by the Company remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received by the Company. All drawings, schematics and/or rollable PDFs are conceptual until finalized.
T3Systems and Distributor Product Warranty
T3 Systems and its Distributors guarantee that if the product breaks it will be replaced free of charge as long as the product is owned by the original consumer purchaser.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE PRODUCTS
